Cody Osten Griffin is the creator of CARV laboratories. CARV studies otherwise classified subjects, classified subjects, otherwise "fringe topics", high physics, high history, high psychology, high biology, etc.

Cody is on the other side of another prominent laboratory, being the victim of psychotronic artificial intelligence weapons under the control of Massachusetts Institute of Technology funded by Israel and United States of America. These energy weapons do not leave damages on the exterior of the body like the ones used on Amy Eskridge, or the victims of the microwave beams used on White House employees (which caused Havana syndrome). Prominent aerospace researcher Steven Greer, and ex government employee Eric J Hecker publicly speak about these technologies.
